Stephen Robinson started Hampton Sourdough out of his home kitchen in early 2020. Buoyed by local demand, we quickly grew to serve restaurants, farm stands, and retail locations throughout Suffolk County.

 

Our artisan breads are baked fresh daily by a talented local team. A natural blend of wild yeasts from Seattle, WA and Southampton, NY gives our breads their unique sour flavor

and bicoastal character.

 

We are located in the Stony Brook University Food Business Incubator at 4603 Middle County Road in Calverton, NY and are affiliated with the East End Food Institute
