Stephen started Hampton Sourdough out of his home kitchen in Bridgehampton, NY in early 2020. Buoyed by local demand, we quickly grew to serve restaurants, farm stands, and retail locations throughout Suffolk County. 

We began our business with the support of the local East End Food Institute in Southampton, NY.

 

Our artisan breads are hand baked fresh daily by a talented local team. Our Head Baker, Carlos Barbosa, is a leader in the field and a master of the craft. Our breads have a unique flavor and bicoastal character from a natural blend of wild yeasts from Seattle, WA and Southampton, NY.

We are located at the Stony Brook University Food Business Incubator at 4603 Middle County Road in Calverton, NY.
